All,

Registration for the 2012 Fall Travel Season is now open.  Please register by June 1st, so that teams can be set as soon as possible after skills day (June 3rd).

The cost for the fall season is $110 per player.  New uniforms are available for $32 at our online store (If it is the players first year they will need to purchase a uniform).  A multi-player discount of $15 per additional player will be applied at checkout.

Note:  Your child must be in 3^rd grade in the fall in order to participate.

Sunday, June 3, 2012 
OS Middle School, Field Hockey Field 
(Adjacent to Park and Rec) 

Skills Day Schedule: 
*Girls U10 (3rd and 4th  graders for 2012-13 school yr.): 8:30 am
*Boys U10 (3rd and 4 th graders): 10:00 am
Girls U12 (5 th and 6 th graders):  12:30 pm
Boys U12 (5 th and 6 th graders):   2:00 pm
Girls and Boys U14: not required 

PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY 
 
*U10 players must be in 3^rd grade in the fall. 
 
Please be sure to bring the following items to skills day: 
Copy of birth certificate (if you are a new player this year) 
Medical Waiver (from website)
Shin Guards 
Water Bottle
